Yodesa Yachisi owns and manages the Momora Coffee Plantation in Shakisso, in the south of the Guji zone. Typically, traceability is tricky with Ethiopian coffee, however this is slowly changing, and we're lucky to have a coffee from a single farm in this instance.
That said, this particular lot has coffee sourced from the 400 odd partner producers who entrust their harvest to the washing station at Momora. The results are very good, as this lot displays all the hallmarks of a coffee from Guji - plenty of white florals and lovely sweet citrus.
