Candied fruit, ripe nectarine with a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Clean aromatics supported by soft caramel sweetness and luscious finish.

Going against the rules again with a 100% washed Ethiopian coffee for a house blend. This has plenty of creamy sweetness, and is incredibly rewarding served black - the aromatics can be wonderfully forward, with a backing of fruit aromatics. No overwhelming plump strawberries here, just defined fruit.

This coffee comes from the Chelchele Washing Station in the village of Chelchele in the district of Kochere (the Côte de Nuits of Yirgacheffe), which is within the Yirgacheffe region (the Burgundy of Ethiopia). Look it up.
